We use conflict-free gemstones – which are obtained free from child labor, abuse of human rights, violence, or environmental degradation.

We also work with all kinds of metals – silver, gold, platinum.

Engagement rings and wedding bands are our forte. We have customised thousands over the years across various designs and materials.

And so far, we boast a 100% proposal success rate 😉

There are so many ring designs out there – Solitaire; Pave; Halo; Vintage; Side Stone; Channel.

And different shapes of diamonds and gemstones – Round; Princess; Emerald; Cushion; Radiant; Pear; Oval; Asscher; Marquise; Heart.

Option 1 : In our ‘consult’ process, we break it down for you and build from scratch

Option 2 : Send us a picture of a design that has inspired you and we make the perfect customisation

Good things are worth waiting for. But not too long.

We usually take around 6-10 weeks, depending on the level of customization.

(We entertain special requests for quicker turnaround on a case-by-case basis)

The price of an engagement ring can vary –  depending on the gemstones/diamonds used, the design, the material etc.

In our experience, a good ballpark estimate for a would be from SG$4,000 to SG$7,000

Like for wedding bands, they can cost around SG$2,000 to SG$4,000.

Oops, we meant comfortably snug. It shouldn’t move around during daily activities but able to be removed easily when you are doing those darn dishes.

Well… almost any design! That’s one of the best things about coming to a bespoke jeweller – you don’t have to conform to one ‘theme’.

If your piece is from us, come over to our office, kick back and relax.

We’ll judge the damage.

If it is simple polishing and cleaning, we’ll do it like a dentist but we will do it free-of-charge.

If there is damage, our team will advise you on next steps + cost required.

Re-sizing is free-of-charge as long as you are a Soosoomon customer.

We usually take between 1-3 weeks to resize.

Yes, like a beautiful diamond, our warranty is lifetime. 

We commit ensuring the quality of your purchase – that means free from any manufacturing defects at time of fulfilment. Polishing / maintenance / resizing will be for for a lifetime.

Any damage(s) on your purchase is not covered under warranty and will be inspected by us.

Minor damages may be covered under warranty at our discretion.
